In this weeks life drawings session we started off with a few quick poses, were we could only use three lines to get the basic figure. Then we drew a walk in sequence, were the subject was constantly moving and would stop for a few seconds to allow you to draw, before moving off again. (This was so we could see a body in motion and all the poses we make in a walk)
We then moved onto to longer poses, which I seemed to be a lot more successful with. We used black paper and white chalk, so that we could only draw the light in the scene. I found this to be a great task as it really forced you to look at the subject, rather than just the outline.
