Bouncing Ball Task

Bouncing ball task

The first animation task we have been set is to animate a bowling ball and football being dropped from a hight, which sounds easy enough, but is in fact one of the hardest pieces of animation to master. The main principles that we need to put into practice is squash and stretch along with correct timing, so that the objects have the appropriate weight to make them look real. Before I even begin to animate I plan to observe these actions by recording them on a camera, so that I can get a true idea of how the process works and what I need to do to make it look believable.
